When our previous helper who took care of my elderly mum for 11 years decided to go back home for good, we had to find for a replacement.
We found a helper from another Maid Agency. Unfortunately, we encountered a lot of issues with the new helper. We tried to settle/ correct the issues with the agency but sad to say the “after sales” of this certain agency was very poor. So, it has been decided to look for a new helper from another agency.
We decided to try this is Greatlink Employment since it is conveniently located (near my block only). We were surprised by how fast the whole process is, not to mention the cost was remarkably cheaper compared to other agencies we surveyed. But the feature that I most admired was the unmatched service that the reception staff (vivian) showed.
Initially the plan for the “problematic helper” was to send back to her hometown. But who are we to spoil other people’s rice bowl, so we decided to lodge the helper with Greatlink Employment until she gets a new employer. Miss Vivian was very kind to assist me. Mind you this agency did not collect lodging fee for my ex-helper! They cover her food and stay while I shoulder the levy.
Unfortunately, this said “problematic x-helper” of mine showed attitude after within just one day of staying under the agency’s care. So, Vivian respectfully asked me to send her back hometown. When I went to collect my ex-helper, I have caused a slight scene in their office as this ex-helper tried to run away! (so, to those who witnessed that scene on that fateful day of 14 March 2024 – now you know the story.Overall, I would give this agency a 5-star rating!
And oh, BTW – this new helper I got from them is very good! ).

1st time hiring a maid and met with Ms Vivian from this agency at Junction 9 on 22nd July 2023....She explained and guided us thru every step even during her off day she still responded to our enquiry if we contact her personally...based on our requirement, we managed to clear all the paperwork and got a great helper the next 3 days and she is very well trained...And one of the staff ms Lulu helped us out during the handover and it was a fast and smooth handover done by her on the 26th July 2023.
